I am a passionate consultant that specializes in marketing, organizational development, leadership, and transformation.

As a change management consultant and coach, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to support their evolution journey.

I focus on looking at leaders as human being first, helping them to navigate unconscious biases, hidden group dynamics, and organizational rituals to enhance performance.

I moved to a consulting career after 22 years of corporate roles across marketing, digital strategy and cross-functional project management in leading digital transformation projects and mindset. My experience of working in highly complex changing environments and multicultural settings has shaped my knowledge and insights about change management. 

I am Italian and based in London. I’ve lived in Italy, France, UK, Dubai and Johannesburg.
